Ticketing
In order to offer our customers the lowest possible fares, we follow simple
rules and policies. All tickets purchased online or over the phone are instant
purchase tickets. Bookings made
through our Reservations Center are subject to a non-refundable $15
service charge. For subsequent changes, please call

Minneapolis/St. Paul local calls (Mon-Sun, 5am-Midnight Central Time).
Ticketing, ticket change and
ticket cancellation information for all Sun Country passengers is as follows:
Coach Tickets
- Coach class tickets are nonrefundable.
- In the case of no-show all monies are forfeited and not returned to the passenger. No ticket credit remains.
- Tickets can be changed for a fee: $75 change fee per domestic ticket, $100 per International ticket. Reservations must be cancelled prior to the flight departure time in order to retain the value of the ticket for one year from the date of purchase.
- Name changes are allowed for an additional fee of $75 per ticket.
- If the fare of the new ticket is higher than the original fare, the fare difference will be collected in addition to the change fee. If the new fare is lower, the difference cannot be refunded, credited for future travel or applied towards the change fee.
- Travel must be rebooked within one (1) year from the date of purchase.
- No credits or price adjustments are made if the fare changes after the ticket has been purchased.
- Tickets may not be applied towards the purchase of a Sun Country Vacation package.
First Class Tickets
- Unused First Class tickets are refundable if they were originally purchased and ticketed in advance in First Class; however, a $75 fee per domestic ticket, a $100 fee per international ticket will be deducted from the amount refunded.
- Full fare First Class tickets may be rebooked and not assessed a change fee.
- If the fare of the new flight is higher than the original fare, the fare difference will be charged when making the change. If the fare of the new flight is lower, difference will be refunded minus a $75 fee per domestic ticket, a $100 fee per international ticket.
- Travel must be rebooked within one (1) year from the date of purchase.
- No credits or price adjustments are made if the fare changes after the ticket has been purchased.
- Discounted First Class tickets are subject to coach ticket change fee rules.

Seat Selection
Fees paid for advance seat selection are non-refundable and do not apply toward rebooking of an unused ticket.
UFlex Change Fee Protection
With Sun Country, you can protect your travel investment with UFlex change fee protection. UFlex allows you to change the time, date, destination, and even the name on your reservation without paying the $75 (domestic) or $100 (international) change fee! Up to three change fees can be waived for UFlex ticket holders. UFlex is not offered on European flights.
UFlex protection purchased within 24hours of outbound flight for round-trip itineraries can only be applied to return flight.

Hotel Reservations
Cancellation policies vary from each hotel and are implemented by hotels to
avoid holding a room available for a guest who will not use it. If you do not
cancel your reservation within the allotted cancellation period, the hotel will
charge a penalty (usually one night's room charge plus tax) to the credit card
provided to reserve the room. Please be sure to review the cancellation policy
for your hotel carefully during the booking process. If you have questions about
the cancellation policy for your particular hotel reservation, please contact
Sun Country Reservations toll-free at 1-800-359-6786 or 651-905-2737 for
Minneapolis/St. Paul local calls (Mon-Sun, 5am-Midnight Central Time) for
assistance. For non-cancelable reservations, no changes or cancellations are
permitted once a confirmation number is issued.
Car Rentals
Currently, most of the Featured Car Rental Companies return the estimated total
for your rental. This amount is displayed on top of the reservation form as well
as in your confirmation email. The estimated total for your rental includes the
total of all applicable rates, taxes, fees, mandatory charges, surcharges and
drop-off charges (if required) that the customer must pay either by law or by
local policy, for the length of a particular rental request. It does not include
optional services such as insurance waivers, special equipment, mileage charges,
gasoline, or nonrefundable service fees. If the estimated total for your rental
is not displayed, you will be notified of your estimated total at the time of
pick up. Daily, Weekend Daily, Weekly, and Monthly rates do not include taxes,
mandatory charges, service charges, fees, extra charges, or any other incidentals.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance must be purchased at the time of travel booking and cannot be purchased
after the booking has been completed and confirmed.

Flight Cancellation and Schedule Changes
If your flight has been changed prior to your departure date, a Sun Country Airlines agents will attempt to contact you to relay new time and/or flight information provided you booked directly with Sun Country Airlines. If you booked through an online booking source or through a Travel Agency, your booking agent will be relaying the information to you. Further questions or concerns regarding your canceled or re-scheduled flight should be directed to our Reservations Department.
Vouchers
Transportation vouchers may not be redeemed online. To make a new
reservation with a transportation voucher, please contact our Reservations
Department. We will book your reservation and provide a confirmation code.
Please then mail the voucher with the confirmation code to:

When we receive the voucher, we will apply payment for the remaining
amount and notify you that your transaction is complete.
