Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN Corporate Offices as Revenue Management Analyst
The Revenue Management Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day activity of managing fare inventory. Analyst will work with the Pricing, Schedule and Business Analysis teams to ensure optimization of flights at the network, aircraft, cabin and fare level in order to maximize flight revenue.


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Managing aircraft seat inventory utilizing Revenue Management Software, demand forecasts, and knowledge of passenger behavior to maximize revenue
  • Analyzing market conditions to develop fare allocation strategies to maximize revenue
  • Monitoring and analyzing booking levels and forecasts by flight, cabin and fare class to maximize revenue by adjusting the allocation strategy to take advantage of opportunities or changing business conditions
  • Recommending changes in fares and fare structure to facilitate effective revenue management
  • Maintaining open communication and developing good working relationships with the Pricing, Scheduling, Business Analysis, Reservations, AOC, Marketing and Stations teams to ensure revenue issues are identified and corrected
  • Participating in the development of summary and detail management reporting to track progress in meeting corporate goals and strategies
  • Ad hoc projects as required

Qualifications
  • Bachelorís degree from a 4-year college or university (Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics Preferred); or 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Airline or travel industry experience desired
  • Must be a creative problem-solver willing and able to accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must have strong decision making skills and a sense of self-guidance and reliance
  • Must be detail-orientated and analytical
  • Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Must be computer literate (Microsoft applications) and able to use or quickly learn use of airline revenue management and reservations systems

Las Vegas, NV - McCarran International Airport as Part Time Station Representative
The primary responsibility of Station Representative is to provide friendly, courteous service to Sun Country Airlines passengers as it relates to ticketing, boarding, deplaning and other aspects of terminal operations.


Qualifications and Requirements:
  • College degree and/or five years related airline experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, problem solving skills
  • Work effectively with minimal supervision under stressful situations
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm with accuracy
  • Available to work a designated shift averaging 20-30 hours per week (including weekends and holidays)
  • Able to work beyond scheduled shift time to accommodate flight operations
  • Capable of routinely lifting 70 pounds
  • Ability to meet all airport identification badge requirements within 30 days of employment
  • Qualified candidates must pass a criminal history background check as well as a pre-employment drug test
Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN Airport MSP Terminal 2 (Humphrey) as Station Agent
Station Agents work at MSP Terminal 2 (Humphrey) in a variety of weekday and weekend shifts. The primary responsibility of Station Agents is to provide friendly, courteous service to Sun Country Airlines passengers as it relates to ticketing, boarding, deplaning and other aspects of terminal operations


Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm with accuracy
  • Available to work a designated shift averaging 20-30 hours per week (including weekends and holidays). Available to work weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun) and/or weekday afternoons preferred
  • Able to work beyond scheduled shift time to accommodate flight operations
  • Capable of routinely lifting 70 pounds
  • Ability to attend 80 hours of paid training
  • Ability to meet all airport identification badge requirements (including a U.S. Customs seal) within 30 days of employment
  • Qualified candidates must pass a criminal history background check as well as a pre-employment drug test

Training and Compensation:
Training is conducted in Minnesota at our Mendota Heights, MN corporate offices and MSP Terminal 2 (Humphrey). The training rate of pay is $9.00/hour. Trainees will be evaluated through written and computer-based exams. A score of 80% (first attempt) or 90% (second attempt) is required to pass the exams and continue employment.

After successful completion of training and attainment of all airport identification badge credentials, the rate of pay will increase to $10.00/hour. Station Agents qualify for 401(k) and travel privileges (after a 90-day probation period). There are no health care benefits for part-time employees.

Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN Airport MSP Terminal 2 (Humphrey) as Lead Station Agent (Full Time)
Lead Station Agents work at MSP Terminal 2 (Humphrey) in a variety of weekday and weekend shifts. The primary responsibility of Lead Station Agents is providing friendly, courteous service to Sun Country passengers as it relates to ticketing, boarding, deplaning and other aspects of terminal operations. Specific duties include supervising the issuing boarding passes, checking baggage, providing general flight information, selling tickets, providing wheelchair assistance, performing duties necessary to board an aircraft, and providing baggage service.


Qualifications
  • College degree and/or 2 years related Airline/Customer Service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision under stressful situations
  • Available to work varying shifts averaging 40 hours per week full time, including weekends and holidays
  • Able to work beyond scheduled shift time to accommodate flight operations

Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport Humphrey Terminal as Aircraft Cleaner (Part Time)
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to aircraft grooming, security, safety, and other assigned below wing services of Sun Country aircraft.


Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Airline experience preferred
  • Must be able to consistently lift up to 70lbs
  • Hours varied including weekends and holidays
  • Acceptable driving record required
  • Able to work beyond scheduled shift time to accommodate flight operations
  • Qualified candidates must pass a criminal history background check as well as a pre-employment drug test
Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN Hangar Facility as Supervisor, Maintenance Training
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to development and management of Sun Country maintenance training programs; develop, schedule, and provide classroom and OJT training programs as required for new employees, new aircraft, recurrent or special training and qualification requirements, and in response to maintenance or operational problems; establish training course objectives and curricula; develop training schedules and assignments, making necessary arrangements for such training; monitor maintenance training objectives to assess training quality and achievement of objectives; review experience and credentials for all new M&E technical employees; evaluate and authorize designated instructors; organize and maintain maintenance training records for all M&E personnel.


Qualifications
  • Five years A&P experience on Boeing 737 or related type experience
  • Previous leadership role(s) preferred
  • A&P License required
  • Excellent communication, organizational, problem solving skills
  • Work effectively with minimal supervision under stressful situations
  • Must be computer literate (Microsoft Applications)
  • Hours primarily M-F, but also may be varied to accommodate company need

Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN Hangar Facility as A&P Mechanic
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining Sun Country aircraft to the highest possible standards to assure a safe, economical and on-time operation.


Qualifications:
  • A&P License required
  • 2 years line maintenance preferred
  • 2 years heavy jet experience preferred
  • 2 years experience in aircraft structural repair preferred
  • Acceptable driving record required
  • Must be highly motivated and a self starter
  • Excellent communication, organizational, problem solving skills
  • Work effectively with minimal supervision under stressful situations
  • Hours varied to accommodate maintenance schedule requirements including nights, weekends and holidays

  • Air Transport Pilot Multiengine Certificate or meets Air Transport Pilot experience requirements
  • No Centerline Thrust Restriction
  • Four Year Degree (Preferred)
